I am looking at the facts and thus far we dont know how good the coal is. In fact what we do know is from previous near surface samples the Ash content was very high which whilst not useless is not what they are after...

they then pay an expert who didnt know the temperatures in Mongolia in Jan to sample a commodity that is apparently effected by water, and he didnt realise might be affected by freezing conditions.. or he did, they got some rough results which were not what they are looking for.. and use the weather as an excuse..

or they state in mid Jan on time there is a problem... the announcements was also very vague...
