Spot on Lodiac. That's why this stock will never be blue sky. Each project will have it's costs and delays etc. It's gonna be long time from now before CWE stops it's dilutionary CR's.

I do believe the desal side of CETO will give shareholders a better return. But that's even further off then pure power projects.
