    hmmm, maybe you need to reconsider that statement. From my understanding, Hanlong is trying to 'orchestrate' a deal which sees a steel mill stump up approx $4Billion for the transaction to proceed......that to me means that Hanlong is merely the 'broker' in the overall deal.

    I stand to be corrected!
