Looking at dates, timeframes, I'd guess she asked for her placement on morning of the 7th.
When she got told, no deal, went to her office and did a bit of trading.

The notice of resignation was posted on the 8th, at 59 mins after midnight. (source, my Bell Potter list of company anns. for ICG). Based on that, probably resigned late on the night of the 7th. after informing the board of her trading activity.

Averaged around 12.396 cents per share, on a day where high was 13.5cents, and closing low was 9.9cents. with volume at 84 mill. Doubt that her 13.58 mill. sell off had any influence on the low closing price.

I said the other day that I viewed her more as an investor, rather than a director.
With her business acumen, I don't feel that she needed to work in the capacity of a director for the money, but moreso to gain a better insight as to how a company that she was heavily invested in, was performing.
Don't feel that being a director in ICG was ever part of a career/financial plan for MS. Thomas.

One point to remember is that Flexiplan had invested in ICG at some time prior to 30/6/2012, and with the recent rise in SP, might just have wanted to lock profits away.

28.597 mill. shares 24/8/2012.... av. 1.7cents

For a total number of 40,347,720 shares costing $956,161
at an av. of 2.3698cents per share.

Would be highly frustrating to have so many shares, watch them soar to 17cents, and not be able (possibly) to sell.
