Therefore $80mill @ say 42c ps = 200mill new shares [round figures]so I think 500mill shares max on issue will be a good result. The above doesn't include effect of warrants.

Hopefully the SP won't dilute much if even at all. Most Companies having a CR are going it to raise working capital to drill a hole which might only have dust at the bottom so the new shares are immediately dilutive however ours are going to add value because we will be able, to a reasonable degree, predict our future revenue and it will be on a stable high % base. All things being equal this should add a premium to the SP.
Roll on 15th Feb update. Lets it get it [and the moans and groans that it was worthless] out of the way for the announcement hopefully within 7 days after that.
