When the share prices fall hard to $0.07, NMG shareholders who have a bit of spare money, now have 2 options :
1) Participate in Convertible Notes offer at $0.12 per note in 3 years
2) or using that money to buy NMG shares in the market at much cheaper prices, currently at $0.071/share
Which one is better ? we like to hear different opposite opinions, pros and cons, benefits and risks, since the issues of convertible notes are quite new to us. Thanks so much.
