    re: Ann: Company Update - Financing Documents... This is great news!......However, note the line about "the majority of the Board approved....." This implies that Yunnan Tin related Board members did not vote in favor of the package and thus must give an explanation/opinion why.

    We should see that with the Notice of Shareholder Meeting......so lets see what that says.
