It does appear that a lot of the UK posters who are not followed the history of CCC are under the misapprehension that the debt somehow doesn't count in their calculations.

It is a shame the Company have not given as much prominence to the use of any proceeds (the smallprint) as they do to the ballpark figures (headlines).
