Yeah look ignoring all this announcement business, if you just look at the price history, this is a "dip". Be patient and profit :)

Someone might be exiting a big position but if that's the case they are not helping themselves by flogging a handful of stock essentially under market price just before close. That sort of behaviour suggests deliberate price suppression for whatever reason (I don't care). Point being is that the reason stocks get pushed lower to buy lower. Who ever it is that wants to buy lower will at some point want to see higher. Don't fight it/them, join it/them :)

Price history says that anyone who buys here gets the opportunity to mark at LEAST 100% in 6 months.
