Are there any documents that give us more detail about how NSE is spending its exploration budget? In the 2012 annual report I see about $8M spent for the entire 2012 fiscal year. Compare that against the most recently quarterly, which shows a *quarterly* burn rate of $10.5M. Extrapolated that would seem to suggest a $44M/year exploration budget, which for such a small explorer with limited targets seems way way way over the top.

Anatol suggested that some of that money in Q4 might represent one time costs for infrastructure. Why doesn't the company disclose that? I think they really hurt themselves by not making such things explicit. What does cash backing mean if you are on that kind of burn rate?
