Don't forget the bond conversion.
Assuming a conversion price of $1.20 (appears to be the consensus on HC posts), then as soon at the SP is north of that figure then there is the potential for another 167m shares to be in place - an 8.5% dilution.
Thus all values where the SP estimate is above $1.20 should be discounted by 8.5%. IMO
