it does depend on the speed back to 20c if ever, correct.
if the takes 6 months to reach 20c, then you need to of course adjust those option numbers down for the time value remaining.
I was not implying these prices are till the end of expiry, more of a ST trade if CTP goes back to 20 in next 2-3 months.
After that, discount needs to come in, but I think the risk reward is still good for next 6 months.
