Because if you actually do the math - the results are not pretty.
A full 22T @$10kg COP is still not pretty, And even then a PR of 10 can be a stretch for many mining companies.
The basket price achieved must be substantially above the JPM estimate to have any chance of the rocket man $4 party.
Time will tell, in about 6/12 months.
