I think to make all matters fair , let LEI and Sembawang put in their sealed highest offer bids and then let the SH's decide "what is in their best interests".
As there is too close a conflict of interest between LEI and MAH I cant see LEI taking legal action as the matter has not even gone to SH's yet to Vote on. And if they did, it could open up a can of worms in respect to "conflict of interest" especially at SH's expense.
Bring it on I say.
