Directors and majors were buying last week at 23 - 24c

Once you look at the fundamentals and the massive drill program they have - no brainer at 20c

All their bonanza grade stuff is 100% owned and not part of the JV yet - wouldn't surprise to see them farm that out at a big premium shortly too
