AC. ADE was taken for 94mil and they didnt have anything like the territory (size and liquids potential etc) that STX have. ACN was recently taken by DLS for ~100mil and they had a much smaller area also , although I believe they were in liquids rich territory too.
Overall though if you combine permit areas across cooper and EFS and multiply by even a much lower than typical acreage value you end up with numbers that are far far north of current mkt cap. Just remeber though that as they are slowly proven up so does the acreage value.
I wouldnt be so quick as to say to divest of them at this stage. IMO
