    Hi Wayne,

This is definitely big. What's so exciting is that Phylogica can screen their libraries more efficiently to identify CPP's that can truly deliver cargoes to the intracellular space. And whilst the company is still validating the system it sure is looking good and likely very attractive to Pharma on so many levels.

We have developed a technology that allows us only to detect CPPs that escape the endosome and deliver their cargo.

We have developed a technology this is what was key for me.

Was this technology designed specifically for Genentech? Probably not, but no doubt Phylogica are pitching it to them. Wayne, if they are are currently applying the endosomal escape technology in the Roche project, what's to say this isn't being applied in the Janssen program with the second generation customised libraries? And we may as well add their in-house libraries to that list. ;-)

It's not hard to see how big and valuable this is actually becoming when the company's end goal is for a trade sale exit.

Agree, this could definitely create waves.

Btw, the BEN_0805 and BEN_1312 peptides are from the Roche collaboration and have been patented. The BEN stands for Brain Endothelial. Confirmed by the CFO.

    Regards,
    Tony
