One of the problems we have here is that this discussion board - is supposed to be for discussion. But the problem is that somebody who posts a calm analysis, or an opinion, that doesn't agree with the general believers' opinions, is automatically insulted and told to bugger off, basically.

Oh yes - and automatically labelled as a shorter.

Now nobody here has been a longer term U bull than me I suspect - with the possible exception of Westsurf. I bought PDN at 7c a LONG time ago. I have also traded some over the top of those in the last couple of years, so that I'm free-carried.

But I do think that smartdude has a point - several in fact - and he/she doesn't need to be holding shares in PDN to make his/her comments valid.

I do think that there ought to be a much more tolerant attitude in here for those with opinions that differ from the one held by the reader. The automatic labeling of people as shorters, or the immediate discounting of their opinions if they don't hold shares, is very childish.

Having said all that, I think PDN are in one of the better positions in the uranium sector, and although John Borshoff does NOT want the company taken over, I think a takeover may well be their best bet. And they would be a tempting target for several predators, especially those who are involved in the end-to-end nuclear power chain, like Areva.
