wishful thinking
when they had 6 million dollars in cash and there costs in the operation was being funded by bharat they couldnt hit 9 cents even though they had detected gas from 5 fracs .the same news we have now .
why now when they are now eating into there own capital should they be better than before ?
in fact back then their estimate of gas flows from kochatea was higher than it is now
