It is common sense to do that but all this stuff has been said before. Every Opposition promises to cut red tape etc etc
It sounds like the usual election soundbite. He is promising everything to everyone right now. Putting another tax on business is not pro business though.
On the other hand there was a one stop shop in NSW a few years ago. See how that turned out.
