I thought that although it was theoretically possible to get 72% fe in nature you rarely got 40%.

Interestingly the only other example I can find is IXR's cairn hill mine just down the road. So starting to like our chances.

Even more interestingly is the cairn hill ore comes with a cu, au kicker, not a bad grade either given it's a secondary mineral.

Could see some very handsome rewards here if we get a small IOCG discovery.
