As we await drilling results, I would like to further highlight the importance of Tony Burgess and his involvement.

David Meade has been the competent person up until the release of the PFS on 2/10/12.

    David Meade
    Chief Geologist
David is a geologist with 15 years experience in mineral exploration across a broad range of commodities and deposit styles in Asia, Australia and Africa. He holds a BSc in Applied Geology and is a member of Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG) and Society of Economic Geologists (SEG). David has extensive experience in South-East Asia where he has worked on advanced projects in Laos, exploration projects in Vietnam and Thailand and exploration throughout Indonesia. His experience covers a range of project stages from grass roots, near mine exploration and resource definition to feasibility stage.

As per the statement from the PFS update on 2/10/12

    Competent Person Statement
David Meade, ***a contractor for Indochine Mining Ltd***, is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and has sufficient experience relevant to the style of mineralisation and type of deposit under consideration and to the activity undertaken, being reported herein as Mineral Resources, to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2004 Edition of the Australasian Code for Reporting of
Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (The JORC Code, 2004 Edition). David Meade has previously consented to the public reporting of these Mineral Resources in the form and context in which they appear.

As per the statement from the announcement on 12/9/12 "Gold Mineralisation Continues"

David Meade, ***a qualified consultant for Indochine Mining Ltd***, is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and has sufficient experience relevant to the style of mineralisation and type of deposit under consideration and to the activity undertaken, being reported herein as Exploration Results, to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2004 Edition of the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (The JORC Code,
2004 Edition). David Meade has consented to the public reporting of these statements and results and the form and context in which they appear.

The subtle change in language from ***consultant*** before the PFS released to ***contractor*** when the PFS is released tells me that Stephen Promnitz was working on something in the background to get someone new in.

From 3/10/12 to our last announcement on 31/1/13, Tony Burgess has been the competent person, which tells me that he has come on board as the new "chief geologist".

    Competent Person Statement
Anthony W. To me, this is a very important, yet subtle move by IDC, as they have engaged him on a permanent basis and not as a "come in and just see where we are drilling to see if we are doing it right", as he has stated in video presentations. It is more "We need you to take us to the next step because you are the man and we will pay you what ever you want for you to do that".

If Tony did not believe that Mt Kare has the goods, why would he get involved??

    Your thoughts appreciated
