I disagree in the ST they will be the same, but over the full 13 months, you are closer.
25c heads March 2013,
Heads 72% (14.5)
Options 91% (4.7)
at 30c...
Heads 106%
Options 198%
If you are really bullish on CTP value in 13 months, note the % acceleration of options INCL full conversion price.
From the bottom, the oppies have moved 42% and heads 26% already.
There will be around double the leverage at least for next 3-6 months and that's why I currently hold options and already well ahead
