Your welcome Gassed.
To address that I would have to say the thickness makes a difference of course and certainly in a vertical well insecting horizontal fractures.
Huge amount of work left to be done analysing the intervals and the directin of fracturing. I'm no expert here but a with the thickness and number of intervals it may well turn out to be a stacked horizontal play but its way to early to tell that.
Cash flow and producing at 3Mmcfd - 4 Mmcfpd. This is another where I could do decline curve estimate based on production flow but way to early. A shale gas well declines quickly - refer to the document and use the Barnett as reference point.
Santos references about $5.06 for avg price per GJ sold for Cooper basin gas and a cost price about $3.79.
Call it $1.25 for the Netback. So say production is between 3-4Mmcfpd then ICN at 40% has between 1.2 & 1.6.
Cash generated for full Qtr production - say about 100Mmcf - would be about $125K - $150K NET, my estimate only.
I'm thinking still that you may not have absorbed the earlier post on Tcf/Bcf/Mmcf/Mcf rates.
