I don't know any more than you RB.

RSG history would suggest they have a good chance of turning the operation around.

I bought in because I thought Resolute had the financial, technical and practical capacity to do the job.


If RSG do underwrite the CN issue 100% ....would it work like this?

With shareholder approval .... Convert the notes to shares, giving RSG 70%

Script take over offer for the remaining 530 million NMG shares ..... say 1 RSG for each 10 NMG (14 cents for NMG).... 53 million new RSG shares.

RSG already have 640 million shares on issue, so total then 690 million .. not a lot of difference.

No point in RSG holding the notes ... if they own NMG they are only paying the interest to themselves.


Nobles issues seem to be management ... but that's been said a thousand times.
