What do you think the SP will do if the first one is not met??
What happens if no payments, or delayed, for any reason??
What happens if full production ram up is not achieved due to time taken to obtain orders at a profitable level??
What happens is regular cash-flow is not producing profits??
Its all so easy to blag others, but a little more difficult to address the issues?
Thus my assertion that, with the possible exception of phase 2 being 100%, all of the others had better well be met as this would be expected as part of preparing the business. I just don't see any huge impact on the SP with any of these unless there is a bottom line profit.
Again, put a number out there. Where will the SP be if customers do NOT accept the quality of the product. Silly question no doubt, but in that case I think it would bomb - that's all.
Conversely just as silly to suggest the SP will go upwards based on customers accepting the quality of the product. It should be a given.
