One other thing IMHO, this group will most likely have a double-cut. That would be good - win-win incentive sales. They mix-n-mingle in more R&D places that Anteo can not, due to resources. With a double-cut agreement they will be seeking out prospective projects - so they get the sale and take a nip at any prospective royalties. Just say 1 in 10 "new" projects get to have a commercial outlook and 1 in 10 of those becomes a blockbuster.

An indicator would be the positions vacant in client support Lab - of both.
