I'm inclined to agree.
.03c looks like a solid base and although there is someone still keen to unload, the shares are definitely being soaked up.
Its been too quiet for too long, a flurry of news will see the sp increase substantially I think. 200 day MA now at .039c
Shame I'm too broke to add to my position...and it IS still a high risk investment.
