Thanks John435. I was kinda hoping that it was only one person/body/entity.

After giving it some thought, I just think that it might only be the one entity. Please feel free to correct me, but when the land was up for tender and QPN one the right to explore/come extract the riches (alleged) that lie beneath, was it not the government that we were dealing with???

If thats the case, why would anyone else have a claim of right over that parcel of land other than the government?

Or am I completely off the beaten track???
