"WestSide Corporation Limited (ASX Code: WCL) has received an indicative, conditional, non-binding and confidential proposal..."

    That's not an Offer.

Whilst the proposer might satisfy all those conditions in the "proposal" they assuredly would not be legally required to buy our shares. That would only arise when they have entered into a Formal Offer or Scheme.

there is nothing for you to accept, until such time as a formal document is executed in the form of a Formal Offer or a Scheme of Arrangement document.

If you have any doubts, mate just call WCL and ask them just what the process is. They are happy to talk to shareholders - plenty have been calling them already. Tell WCL that you wish to accept the Offer at 52c.

And thats the problem for WCL and its shareholders.

    cheers
