DC, I firstly want to say that I enjoy your posts and can quite often bring up some valuable arguments and certainly some interesting discussion points.

In a number of your posts, it is quite obvious that you are disgruntled with Management and have a host of questions to ask of them, quite often, some very valid questions.

My advice would be to call Management yourself, pose those very questions, and get some answers. They are at the end of the day, a phone call away.
