At any level up to 15c based on its current fundamentals is a buy. No point trying to trade these type of turnaround stocks. If you have done your research on TOX, you know the best thing to do is just put it away for the long term. As each month passes, and its cash level increases and debt level diminishes, it become a much safer stock.

Why it isnt at 10c now is beyond me, but hey you may as well take advantage of the share price at this level and continue to accumulate.
