    No news from me either (:-))
    No answer is received to my email from NSE management so far.

    I believe I was clear enough on that email that those issues which I requested to be disclosed (Seismic Section, Depth vs Time and Depth vs Formation information along the drilling, interpretation of seismic data to identify anticline or any other type of structure and the amount and composition of latest gas measurements for C1 to C5 in the background gas) are all price sensitive information.

    I am also sure that they are well aware of Guidance Note 8 "Continuous Disclosure" Listing Rules 3.1 of ASX which says;

    "Timely disclosure must be made of information which may effect security values or influence investment decisions, and information in which security holders, investors and ASX have a legitimate interest"
    ...
    3.1 "Once an entity is or becomes aware of any information concerning it that a reasonable person would expect to have material effect on the price or value the entity's securities, the entity must immediately tell ASX that information"

    I am that reasonable person here. Waiting for patience.

    However, they may not disclose anything if the issues are clear enough to disclose. This is stated at the following lines of ASX Listing Rules;

    "3.1.A Listing Rule 3.1 does not apply to particular information while all of the following are satisfied.

    3.1A.1 A reasonable person would not expect the information to be disclosed. (Anatol's note: this is not meeee!)

    3.1A.2 The information is confidential and ASX has not formed the view that the information has ceased to be confidential. (Anatol's note; this is not the case for us either)

    3.1A.3 One or more of the following applies. (Anatol's note; No, I don't think so)

    - It would be a breach of a law to disclose the information.

    - The information concerns an incomplete proposal or negotiation. (Anatol's note; No, I don't think so)

    - The information comprise matters of supposition or is insufficiently definite to warrant disclosure. (Anatol's note; Now this one is important. Let's discuss this below)

    - The information is generated for the internal management purpose of the entity ((Anatol's note; Non of my questions were related with this kind of information)

    - The information is trade secret (Anatol's note; No, same again. I have already demonstrated that other explorers give the information I requested)

    Let's have a look at this term now; "The information comprise matters of supposition or is insufficiently definite to warrant disclosure."

    This cannot be applied to my request for Seismic section and Depth vs Time and Depth vs Formation information along the drilling. That information should have been disclosed in any case.

    However it can be applied to the interpretation of seismic data to identify anticline or any other type of structure and the amount and composition of latest gas measurements for C1 to C5! Therefore they may prefer not to disclose this if it's not insufficiently definite.

    Let's say they had gas readings from C1 to C5 in last 200m when they reached to 2900m depth. That would be the indication of WET-GAS! And let's say something has happened and they thought the gas readings and measurements were corrupted or damaged in a way or has become unreliable or indefinite.

    Then they would prefer not to disclose that information to market. If they would disclose this information to the market, the investors would get excited and the stock price would increase on the base of this unreliable or indefinite information.

    This is what I could think about a management would do in different scenarios. I am thinking the alternatives by putting myself in their shoes.

    What would you think?
