The amount is actually 14.75c - midway between 14.5 and 15, but most systems don't hande 100s of a cent, so they round up or off (ie HC shows it at 14.7)
It's my understanding that these are off-market crosstrades between two investment companies.
Those trading on the market cannot trade in these values, as it goes up by .5c from 10c to $2;
Also it's my understanding that a trade of 1 unit is generally used to indicate an end of trade.
