PLv issued a trading halt but no reason was given.
Several days later PLV casually tells us in a quarterly report that they are negotiating with WEG (not concluded)
There was no mention of that in the trading halt but therer was no problem with PLV mentioning it anyway.
I think the trading halt was for OPERATIONAL changes. PLV has changed some mining plans. Now, perhaps while this was being finalised the negotiations with WEG (or another) matured to near completion pending maybe money IN THE BANK FIRST.
Just a guess. Nearly there.
