Certainly entertaining reading Tubber. It appears Stone simply used the process to set aside the stat demand to delay tactic rather than meet obligations.
Interesting to read an announcement this evening by SHK that CPC engineering have lodged a stat demand. I'm sure this won't be the last one either.
