Jan - good points. However I think we need to understand who is financing them.
There may be a number of big players that have a vested interest in delaying LYC in any way or shape that that may take.
Throwing $100k to them if it causes a 3 mth delay on anything may be useful use of capital to some folks. Business and share trading can be a nasty business at times.
