    The prime minister of Japan has asked President Obama to permit the export of natural gas to Japan. This has nothing to do with the Chinese in the Goldwyer now but has
    important implications for foreign investment in the future, if it comes to pass. Fortunately for us the Americans have been a bit slow off the mark with gas exports.
