T+3 is not really 3 days later. Settlement occurs on the 3rd day like all brokers however if you dont want to put your own funds in (daytrading), you actually have to sell on T+1.
Therefore the T+3 buyers are already out. The sp should bounce now.
This is how commsec works at least, and ive heard this from most people. Not sure if there are other brokers that actually allow you to sell later than T+1
