"Lynas wish to bring all shareholders up to date with the progress of the commissioning of the LAMP, in the interests of full disclosure. Problems have been experienced in the solvent extraction process. It was expected that some delays would be experienced during the commissioning of the plant, and it is not expected that these problems will take long to be resolved but we do not have a date by which we can be certain that the plant will be running smoothly"
Do you think 95% of small shareholders would heave a sigh of relief and say "Great. The only problems were expected problems. No date for sorting them out. Better buy some more!" ?
Or will they be thinking "What the ....! This thing was commissioned last year! What's the problem? Shall I bale?" ?
