1.3 Resolution 3 - Issue of Shares to Findlay & Co Stockbrokers Limited
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution:
“That, in accordance with Listing Rule 7.1, the Company be permitted and authorised to issue and allot
the number of Shares to Findlays as are required to repay in full of a loan of $1.66 million made by
Findlays to the Company, calculated on the basis of an issue price per Share of the lower of $0.02 and
80% of average VWAP calculated in the ten trading days prior to the date of the General Meeting”.
