Well Im still buying on weakness-regardless of the naysayers.The potential is still there,whether they have sufficient funds to finance 2013 season is another question. I think they have sort of stuffed up a capital raising on the current share price-maybe just too much reliance on CNOOC-Lets see what management will pull out of the hat.
