With regard to number 1 only, I went back and re-read NSE announcement and it clearly states that the company will receive "invaluable" - that is the word chosen and it does not mean "no value" to NSE. I am listenning to your arguments and agaree it does not guarantee finding of any resourse but it certainly does not have a nil effect and as you are trying to reiterate - only a deal with the "big two". I believe this is clearly not the case here.
