What's your response to such good news Tin? Looks as if you would rather not. We all know that the worst news a geenie can hear is good news.
I thought it fascinating, I knew little of it before.
My belief is that no heavy oil burning ship should be allowed within GBR waters without a pilot, every mile of it's way. As this is a water/coal mix I assume it would not be as damaging to bird and marine life. It clearly wouldn't be good, I'm not suggesting that. :)
