MP, ?? Are you really expecting Samsung to pay more for an identical product from LYC just because it is not Chinese? Or, don't you understand the concept of control of the markets?
IF the Chinese want to keep control, they will have stockpiled REE, so that when LYC start putting their samples out and announce they are nearing full production, they can offer the REE at half today's price. How is that promising for a non-Chinese REE producer?
Moly won't care. The US govt. are unlikely to let them close, if the US military is really so dependent on REE for its effectiveness.
