Baukaw, I disagree with the .57 being too good to be true. China/Hanlong have taken the falling IO prices as an opportunistic step to heavily discount the offer. Yup very smart on their part I cannot disagree. BUT the board should have stood their ground and said "NO" the asking price is .57. An increase on the initial asking price of .50 to which you had already "AGREED". To then comeback and offer .45 (.5 below the initial offer)is a slap in the face to all shareholders and an embarrassment to the board for accepting the offer. Showing total weakness on their part.
"IMHO .57 was and still is a reasonable asking price".
The board doing the best they can, I also disagree as I feel they have been led by the nose at every turn in the negotiations. They have the goods for sale and therefore had the ability to dictate the terms to the buyer.
Their weakness has put us in this position and they cant be defended for it.
