    valid comments..but disagree

57c was an excessive price, and given we have never traded close to it of late in years past, shows that the price they offered was excessive.....got us engaged...but was never going to happen...no point in really talking bout it..

market pricing today shows 45c for a change of control is probably a fair price...

Im glad the board didnt stand their ground and say NO

As are the vast majoroty of shareholders..Whilst it sounds all bravado...it has no logical merit for a company with a billion dollar market cap, no other alternatives, no funding , no approvals to say No to really our likely suior in China.

Very easy to say slap in face embarrasment for them etc...whats more embarrasing..a placing at 15c today to raise $50m to keep the company afloat?

The board has a primary option...to ensure shareholder wealth.. We are led at discussions becasue we haev no real power.. WE need this deal to survive...We all know that..the baord are very smart and know far more than all of us put together...

SDL is for sale...its not up for a JV deal...dont exist..

Board are in a very diffuclt position, cut CHina adrift and go it alone and face uncertainty, or stay the course and at least give shareholders an option.

The boards smarts and resolve will at least i fell reward us at all at the end of the day with the 45c..

Would hate to see the alternate if we didnt show any weakness as u say and said bye China many months ago...

shareprice would start with a 1..
