why the F would you need a new strategic investor at this stage, especially when you have the mac facility in place?

more dilution, 'cheap' entry for mates and the obvious reason why this has been capped - to tie in with 1) this placement, and 2) flow testing ... in that order, not the other way around or perhaps the way existing and loyal shareholders would wanted it to have panned out.

have they been withholding info and keeping a lid on this to suit some insider? aka 'strategic investor'. pfft they have probably already offlaoded half their stock.

sp manipulation at it's best.

they better be wording up the flow test announcement as i type, and it better be good otherwise we'll have another 'strategic investor' running for the exits doors.
