Anyway, IDC is currently exploring Mt. Kare in PNG.
Mt. Kare is situated in close proximity of Barrick's Porgera Mine which produces 500K ounces of gold every year.
Mt. Kare, according Tony Burgess, has the same mineralization style.
Best results so far,
180 m at 1.8 g/t gold, 18 g/t silver from surface , including
7 m at 6.2 g/t gold, 17 g/t silver from 119m downhole;
and
• 205 m at 1.9 g/t gold, 15 g/t silver from 22m depth
