Like you, I think the volumes suggest some new shareholders have come on board with (almost) significant interests.

nearmap's pursuit of overseas opportunities will burn cash at some point if they ramp up the efforts.

It will not be cheap to set up shop overseas but I like that idea more than dividends. Just my opinion.
